Most of your data never leaves your iPhone or iPad. Photos, voice recordings, care notes, medication logs, mood entries, and AI conversations are stored locally on your device. We don't have access to them.
If you enable CloudKit sync for care team coordination, data is synced through Apple's iCloud infrastructure — encrypted in transit and at rest. We never see this data. It's between you and Apple.
Sage and Comfort Chat use on-device processing where possible. When cloud AI is needed, conversations are sent to our AI provider for processing only — they are not stored, logged, or used for training.
Safe zone monitoring uses location data solely to alert caregivers if your loved one leaves a designated area. Location data stays on-device and is never transmitted to our servers.
We collect no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers. Zero.
